Business report for the Swedish Bear Dog Club year 2024.

The Board has after the annual meeting 2024-03-09 passed of 7st persons:

The number of members was at the end of the year 297st.

Following the annual meeting, the Board has completed 8 recorded board meetings.

The chairman participated in Säk's chairman of the conference and Annual General Meeting in Linköping 19-20/4 And we also had a representative at the Presidency Conference which was carried out during the moose dog championship in Kosta Boda 27-28/9.

The club has been represented at 3 fairs during the year. Dala Game Fair(24-26/5), Fäviken Game Fair(26-28/7) And dream hunting(2-3/8) where our booth has been well -attended and many curious have been interested in Karelian bear dog.

That interest is increased both through a higher number of registered dogs under 2024 (101st & +33%) compared to 2023 (76st) and that the number of members increased.

We conducted two member activities, Bear test in Junsele 20-21/7 which quickly became fully subscribed and appreciated and our annual hit in Rättvik 10-11/8 With many dogs registered for the exhibition days and a record -breaking support on Saturday night's joint dinner. We noticed our 50th anniversary a little more and some prizes were awarded to the winner for the test season 2023.

The highlight of the year for the club was the club match that was implemented 27-28/9 At Gålsjöbruk in collaboration with Västernorrland's moose dog club. A record number of dogs were registered and 8 teams made after drawing on the club championship title. Unfortunately, for the day it was bad about moose in the area but otherwise the event was appreciated and could be followed live on Facebook.

We have completed race and got this approved by SKK.
